Topic	Why are people trying to say the GCN was a flop/people hated it?

Literally the best Pokmon games of their time, why do they rarely get mentioned I played the first game and while I enjoyed it then, looking back the only thing it had going for it was the music, lol. You started with a umbreon and espeon which was pretty cool. But the two, especially the psychic type then could carry you through most of the game by themselves. You could only catch a small pool of Pokmon, and some like totadile if I recall you only had one chance to catch.
