In iron man 2, Tony starl says itll take the world 10 years to make stuff like he does, and its 10 years later. There is precedent for Riri making a suit.

Cassie who we last saw was a kid, then a teen who grew up alone because of thanos. Now shes smart enough to casually make a device that communicates with quantum realm?

We saw ant man go through extensive training to use the suit. Cassie on the fly became almost as good as him

She also leads rebellions in another dimension and lectures her dad about not doing enough (guy who saved the universe)

Marvel introduced a bunch of younger women recently: kate bishop, yelena (kind of young), america chavez, ms marvel, riri williams. Cassie is worse than all of them. For those other girls, they sort of earned whatever they accomplished (well Kate being an unenhanced in anyway college student who can beat up hordes of thugs is also a stretch).

This character sucks. Luckily for her, everyone else around her minus kang did in this movie

She was better in endgame, where she was around for 30 seconds and only said "dad"
