Apparently he was 19 or 20 when he viciously assaulted Rihanna, not 17. He's had multiple accusations of violence since, including rape allegations. He has also had a successful career since, just like all of these people he listed there. At worst he's crying about people remembering what he did and occasionally mentioning it or confronting him with it.

Them "getting away with it" wouldn't excuse him no matter what, we were supposed to learn that in Kindergarten. Apparently that's a lesson he didn't learn, along with keeping his hands to himself. The only rational thing would be to equally cancel all of them rather than none of them. This is a transparent attempt at weaponizing a warped version of wokeness to get us to ignore felony assault of a woman.

All this indicates is that society has a problem with excusing heinous behavior as long as you can "act/sing/play sports real good..." and he's been one of the biggest beneficiaries of that of any race, age, or gender.
