But the power isn't coming from Kira, its literally coming from the Death Note. That's the whole point of the premise lol.

Some random hobo can obtain it and hold power beyond imagination.

Thats my point. These kinds of discussions never work out unless theres a clear power difference between the characters. With the Death note, its not really a person. Its a plot device. So I guess what you have to decide is whether Saitama can survive a heart attack, or actual fate coming to kill him.
