| wpot 02/02/23 12:18:43 AM #6: | Yeah, I have no sense of pride in my vehicle. If it works and doesn't need repairs every other month it's good enough for me. I'm still driving my '08 Kia minivan and I had my '08 sedan until a year or so ago when my parents downsized a car and gave it to us. It's a shiny new '12 Buick, albeit with only 40,000 miles on it because my mom drove it like a grandma (which of course she is). I will keep them until my kids need cars or they fall apart. Nothing cooler than driving a Buick to school. The Kia might have more life than expected left given that I now work from home and use it mostly to haul stuff around...we shall see. A new minivan would cost a small fortune so I'm well motivated to keep it going. --- Pronounced "Whup-pot". Say it. Use it. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
