Part 3 introduces the "Stand" concept that the series would eventually become famous for. A lot of people starting the anime find the transition a bit jarring at first, but if you give it a chance you find it gives battles a lot of room to get creative once the author finds his groove. If you care about spoilers, try to avoid any anime-related spaces on the internet while you watch. A good number of big moments have integrated into the cultural meme collective, including hidden powers, character deaths, and secret identities lol. Calwings posted...
