from what I remember was that he and his dog were attacked by the neighbor dog. His dog was critically injured (I don't recall if he said it survived) and he had injuries to his arm. I don't recall if he allegedly shot the neighbor dog in the attack or went after it later because of the attack though. Regardless of any of that, bragging was fucked up.
