This isn't a fully comprehensive list but what comes to mind first Droopy nipples, saggy breast (pendulum boobs), different size, pepperoni aerola, nips that are too big in proportion to the breast, nipples oriented in crazy directions/diff size, breasts that are set low on the chest vs higher on the chest, breasts that are set too high on the chest vs too low on the chest. All within reason, of course.
