There is no solid details. The only people who actually know exactly what happened are the people at Game Grumps, Super Mega and OneyPlays. The guilty people don't want to talk about it, and the one who suffered the most, Ding Dong, has always been very private

This happened a few years ago but we still don't know all the details. Ding Dong has only told what details he wants people to know, amd has kept some parts of the tale vague

Rumor is it had to do with a game Game Grumps made, called Dream Daddy. A gay dating sim. Ding Dong and Julian are gay. Its believed that some people convinced them to speak up about the game because some people felt the game was just using gay people as a tool and wasn't actually respectful of real gay people.

I don't know if any actual gay people even worked on the game. Super Mega is thought to have been the people who got Ding Dong and Julian to speak up and then failed to defend them in the fallout

No details on the suicide attempt. I wouldn't be surprised if only Julian knows everything about that. Its just known that he ended up not going through with it, or it failed. But Ding Dong has said he would have left a note that explained the whole story and all the guilty people, had he gone through with it. He says he stil intends to do that whenever he dies. I think he told Julian that if he dies before him, that Julian is to make public everything
