A criminal brought a fake gun to a robbery in Texas of all places, and got shot by somebody who should probably be charged with second degree murder or manslaughter. The customer's life wasn't in danger, and at best he's a vigilante who shot a person in vengeance for a wrongdoing. He won't be charged, because good guy with a gun doctrine or some bullshit people like to parrot around.He won't be charged because this is the state that acquitted a man who killed a child because he thought a truck backfiring was the robber that fled 5 minutes ago coming back to kill him.
