Complete the White March and Pillars of Eternity, defeat all dragons, all bounties, and both archmages on Expert, Trial of Iron, and Path of the Damned modes without taking any companions after Cilant Ls. So solo on the hardest difficulty with no deaths, while taking on the hardest content. Obsidian/Josh Sawyer will send you a reward if you do and add you to an engraved plaque in the office. Wow 14 whole people who have done it. Only the first 12 got a plaque spot.
