Topic	Twitter finally being sued for refusing to pay rent on its HQ.

Weird, I guess commercial rent rules must be that much different. Commercial landlords typically dont take kindly to getting stiffed out of $100K+ in rent. Also, per the article, hes stiffed payment on a few charter (private jet) flights as well.
