Either increase your refresh rate (if you can) or use the nVidia control panel to set a limit on your FPS. I'm still in the learning phase. First real PC I've ever owned (last computer was an Intel Pentium D lol) and it's only been like two weeks now after replacing the broken RAM cards that were causing troubles.
