Topic	Does your work penalize you for staying over shift?
Enderknight17 12/27/22 6:47:36 AM #5:	No, not this job. All they ask is for a reason why we needed the OT. So far I haven't had to work any but if I did I think that my boss would be cool with it. I try to avoid OT as much as possible, though. Used to work 60-70 hours a week at a previous job and got burned out. The warehouse manager once said "I'm sure you like the extra hours" and I said "I like having a life outside of this place". He legitimately looked shocked that someone didn't want to spend every extra moment working. To hell with that. --- RIP BigAirDay aka Bill.
