The article mentions that the police deferred to tesla about details of the accident after getting statements from the driver(s) involved and witnesses. Yeah. As it stands today, FSD is way overpriced, imo. I paid $6,000 for it when I got mine, and that was almost 2 years before the FSD beta was even available in the limited beta late last year.
