I guess tinkering with the amount of neurotransmitters responsible for your mood can bring about some sudden swings, but like others have said its probably a miniscule amount of people that it has happened to.

For my personal experience, while it does take weeks, I started feeling the difference by the first 2 weeks, although its veeeery gradual and some of the immediate side effects might make you feel worse at first (like losing libido and hardness), but you once feel the calm its not a bad trade off and eventually you can have sex.
