Just_a_loser 12/20/22 4:30:52 AM #7:	Depends on the hero and their natural resistance and recovery powers. Superman, Flash, Hulk, Wolverine, etc, would heal in the even an alien burst out of them. But at the same time it's unlikely a face hugger could impregnate them. Superman could rip or or burn it off. Flash could vibrate out of its grip. Wolverine could cut himself free. Etc.
