His brother said he was, for the most part, healthy before he left to be there. I'd want an autopsy done by an American. But it's possible that it's just a freak coincidence. My aunt who was otherwise completely healthy just suddenly collapsed and died in the middle of cooking dinner. Later turns out she had an aneurysm that burst.
