At this point he probably believes in bigfoot, flat earth and cities inside below Antarctica in part thanks to whatever mental health sickness he has, cause at this point it sounds more like schizophrenic paranoia. Coupled that with the traumatic event of losing his mother to a surgery, and he created this alternate world looking to redirect/ externalize blame.
