His position is basically that the best and most optimal diet is raw meat, particular liver (hence, liver king). He promotes "ancestral" living, which as far as I can make out means that you don't wear a shirt and eat bulls testicles and carry chains around. He has consistently denied steroid use, attributing his physique entirely to huge quantities of raw organs, and comes down HARD on anyone who makes allegations, to the point of threatening legal action.
