Like most people couldn't even tell you off-hand which year Hitler came into power, let alone the month in which he announced his campaign, and Hitler was vastly more historically significant than Trump will ever be.

Obviously he has been following current trends and looked up historical events in his futuristic database.

What I love most about this type of thing is that, if the human race survives that long and develops such advanced technology, why would you travel to this era in particular? Why is the time traveler a random person instead of an official or an intellectual? Why is there only one of them instead of a team of, say, researchers? When is he going to be forced back to his own time by some kind of enforcement agency?
