Kes was a far superior character than that plank of wood Kim. It was no surprise that Janeway never promoted him as quite frankly he didn't deserve it.

Sisko was a fucking shit joke of a Captain. He was so fucking shit as Captain that even the creators could see that which is why they tried to turn him into Hawk a character Brooks played in the TV series Spenser For Hire and the spin-off A Man Called Hawk. Janeway rips Sisko apart in every conceivable way.
But then again this is what I should expect from someone who watches these utter crap pathetic streaming series which I do not acknowledge their existence. Oh look Star Trek has become such TV poison no TV channel wants a bar of them.
