TopicHomosexuality Being a Sin In the Bible Revealed to Be Mistranslation

I don't really get the point of criticizing one mistranslation in 1 Corinthians as a scapegoat for Chrisyian bigotry when there is a significant amount of explicit homophobia in the Bible. Leviticus pretty explicitly states that the Israelites should behead men who have sex with each other, Romans discusses how God turned away from some people who had turned to "shameless" same-sex relations, and the story of Lot has a bunch of men in Sodom trying to rape some guys that are Lot's guests, and Lot offers them his two virgin daughters instead (lmfao Bible). Two angels rescue Lot and blind the Sodomites and the story is used to contextualize why God dropped a 25 kill streak on Sodom and Gomorrah. There's more too that I don't remember off hand.
