Even ignoring that one, and Pokemon moves/abilities, you also have Pokemon like Steelix who is solid steel, or Dugtrio who could make gigantic sinkholes for them to fall into. Not saying that it would be a lopsided victory, or even an easy victory, but if Pokemon were allowed to use their abilities/moves then yes they would win.
