| Robot2600 11/03/22 5:11:52 PM #20: | i dont think it would hold up in court if they did it after kanye's fashion show. its an awesome idea, but you cant go trademark something you just saw like that. you can see a prada show in milan and then immediately copyright that design over here. you can't just steal a japanese video game character owned by Nintendo before it launches here. so i dont see how a judge would let the trademark stand since it was for clothes like 20 minutes after a fashion show that was on the front page of every new website on the planet, practically. i mean if the judge wants to troll kanye that'd be funny too, but i dont see how this is legit. it's ethical, just saying i cant see how it's legal. --- --- ...
