I have most skills maxed or multiple-legendaried. If we fought each other, that targeting would probably help you, but I'd probably be shooting at you on the fly (and my bow paralyzes too). If you're good at dodging arrows, I'd probably switch to magic because with the blast radius, precision wouldn't be required. I think I have lifesteal on my axe too.
