But 'slightly better' isn't good enough to be used in court; in a string of good luck, you or I could guess slightly better than chance. Its just a prompt for further enquiry. They're usually just yes/no questions, which makes it easier to trap people in lies, or at least questions that they can't answer in a satisfactory way. --- You haven't set a signature for the message boards yet ...
