No. The movie has more in common with Deadpool than TSS although it's got less humor and more action. I think Deadpool is a better movie though so if you didn't like Deadpool you probably won't like Black Adam either. Deadpool? As in 4th wall breaking, hilarious ryan reynolds deadpool? I can't wrap my head around how a BA movie in any universe can have something in common with Deadpool.
