Lots of PUAs/manosphere people are focused on techniques that have low success % but let you maximize your attempts (because if you had a 50/50 chance of hooking up with a woman but it took all night, you have lower "expected value" than someone who has a 5% chance but can use that approach on 20 people in one night). Many of them are also attractive/confident which doesn't have to add a lot before it starts paying off in volume (5% -> 7% is a lot more meaningful than 50%->52%).

That doesn't really help the average Andrew Tate fan though, because they aren't the type of people who are inclined to approach 20 people in a night at a club. It doesn't help you pick up the girl you are eyeing in your class/workplace/etc. that incels are actually focused on.

Not to mention that it's not like when Andrew Tate is talking to women that he's pulling them in by sitting them down and explaining his worldview to him. There are things that in the short term seem like "Oh this guy is really confident" and in the long term are like "Oh this guy actually just doesn't view me as a person at all".
