I'd go with 1st degree murder, unless the accused had like walked up, noticed the nazi and them immediately killed them, in which case I'd find them not-guilty of 1st degree murder, but guilty of 2nd degree(unless the prosecution for some reason didn't have that one there also, in which case I guess the person goes free) --- I want a pet Lavos Spawn.
