Topic	How come no one cares about bullying in schools?

Inviting the viewer to respond about how they view their own status is a way of promoting the topic. Nothing will stop me from making those when the urge strikes, whether the viewer's common sense prevails or not. That's like saying litering doesn't affect anyone other than the person who liters but go on Edit: maybe don't think your actions exist in a vacuum and your words effect others?
