going off of the laws in my state, he can prob be charged with terroristic threats in terms of criminal actions, but this is from an extremely limited interaction, unfortunately being an asshole isn't a crime. Anything else would just be apart of a family court dispute where they can argue about his character. This kind of stuff is a lot more common than people think

Edit: Also coercion, but that would be hard to prove in court, since the state would need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he MADE her do these actions she would not normally do and that threats were involved, and Amouranth would be forced to relive that in court and also get prodded by whoever his defense attorney may be, she would probably elect to not pursue that
