They were working the same 9 to 5 for two different companies AT THE SAME TIME. This isn't some situation where they were punching off the clock and working a second job to help pay the bills. These are engineers making 130-140k that were trying to double their income by "working" for another company during the same hours they were suppose to work for the other.This. I think CEO's are scummy too. But firing these two makes perfect sense. Working two jobs at the same time means they were probably not pulling their weight.
