| Arcanine2009 10/16/22 3:31:00 PM #42: | There's gonna be conflict of interest involved when it's two different companies at the same time in the same field, especially if it's competing companies.. I get that from a corporate perspective. Also having to deal with coworkers who just aren't committed to the job and you end up picking their slack too which is also unfair. I feel conflicted about this overall. As long as people get their work done, I don't care. I do know people who are moonlighting another job. Literally at the same time. --- Less is more.
