It is insane to me that these people stood less than a foot away from a painting that was very obviously and clearly protected behind glass, splashed some soup on it and gave their message and the conclusion that like 75% of people seem to be coming to is that they were making a serious, genuine attempt at destroying a piece of fine art. Like I get that you think environmentalists are stupid but do you think they are so stupid to not know what glass is? Do you really think their literal intention was to vandalize the art? And that the actual best they could do with respect to that goal was to pour soup on some glass?

I feel like Im taking crazy pills sometimes. Just a tiny bit of critical thinking here, people, its all I ask of you.
