This is an unsourced article by the New York Post, a well-known right-wing tabloid. Literally the only reference to an "official" "list" of "canceled" emojis is a poll where respondents rated the age they guessed of a person when the only information they knew was the emoji they used. They then cobbled together the idea that these are "hostile" by citing A Fucking Reddit Thread about some guy not liking to use the thumbs-up.
