I probably have centuries of war in my blood

Our area of the continent has been a war path for centuries.
We actually live in a very brief period of peacetime, as humanity goes.

My father came to this country on a ship when he was only five years old. I love my Italian side.

No, but he never did aquire citizenship for whatever weird ass reason. He had a visa right until the day he died (about a year ago)

My uncle who I am nutrail on, did once do something very awesome.
There was a house down the street, that took so much pride in its lawn that it was crazy.
.....That's one thing.

But, once, said homeowner's son called my Auncle a WOP.
He didn't know what that meant, so he went home and asked his dad...by Grandfather.
Once he realized what it meant, he went back to the house.
Knocked on the door.
Asked for the kid who said it, and punched him in the face. On his doorstep.
