define "pointy remains"

there is a weird kinda "something should be here" kinda thing under the head but tbh it healed relatively normally, i haven't had a frenulum since 2006 and I still get off just fine

If you tear a frenulum exactly in the middle with a straight, perpendicular line towards the shaft, you'll be left with two triangular floppy remains of frenulum under the head and by the shaft. Tears obviously don't happen exactly in the middle, exactly perpendicular or in a straight line, but you get the idea. Unless you actually tear part of the frenulum completely off, pieces, likely two asymmetrical pieces, will still be there in some fashion.
