For those that dont know its some dumb TikTok fad, basically you hold in your poop for 14 days and then weigh yourself after. Im currently on day 6 and its rough, I feel like Im pregnant and sometimes Ill just be sitting there and I feel the turd sticking out like a turtle peeking from its shell and I have to try and suck it back in, or go to the bathroom and use my fingers to pack it in like my anus is a civil war era musket.

tbh I dont really get why kids are doing shit like this these days but id be lying if I said I wasnt interested in seeing whats on the scale after day 14. Anyone else doing this? Whats your experience like?
