Someone mentioned it above but it has brand new areas, Isaac has a voice that changes his inflection and breathing based on his condition (so essentially multiple takes of the same line like what Insomniac's Spider-Man did), new zero-g control scheme, new/refined dismemberment system. There may also be some story tweaks but that's digging into speculation.
