Topic	Were you surprised at Velma being a lesbian?

Im sure shes had boyfriends over the past 50 years, but none of them are memorable and she conforms to gender roles the least out of the gang, so Im sure she was an easy choice for whoever on the staff decided LGBTQ inclusion would better the project (hopefully not just monetarily, but then Im cynical). Also, wasnt there a line about her experimenting in college in one of the live action movies.
