Topic	Saudia Arabia lowers oil prices for Europe but raises them for the US

They had the entire mideast under their control in the early 20th century it was a weirdly nice decision of them to go with "lets be allies" instead of "we're moving in and taking all your resources" like they did with the natives of their lands.
