ALOT more research needs to be done as to who al-Bayoumi works for and had worked for. ALOT more research about his past and who he's collaborating / conspiring with. Acting on incomplete intelligence is what lead to the 2nd Iraq War, which created the ISIS/ISIL/Daesh issue. I'd rather not act on incomplete intelligence when you don't know the exact details of who you're dealing with. Is Al-Bayoumi a former/current government operative?
