Licensed dispensaries are legally obligated to only sell professionally-made cannabis products with documentation and extensive lab results which you can find usually on QR codes on whatever you buy. The only products I'd be skeptical of outside a dispensary would be vape cartridges, as a lot of them are knock-offs with all sorts of unhealthy additives.
