Current Wind Turbines are already designed to withstand hurricanes while off-shore. That's why they are already allowed to operate in area's where Hurricanes might go. I definitely watched the video, and yes using thousands and thousands and thousands of windmills to reduce the force of a hurricane is extremely stupid.
