One could even say your idea to idolize your brother is unhealthy behavior, as you should strive to be your own person, not emulate someone else.

Impossible why? Please tell me why full grown adults can not make the distinction between things clearly fabricated and real life?

Youre basically saying people are mindless drones that just react to their environment with no choice of their own. Its not true.

The answer is definitely somewhere in the middle but changing the standard will never change the fact that whatever standard it is cant accommodate everyone.
