People with non-violent crimes (such as that one woman who voted while being on parole because her parole officer told her she could) get the book throw at them. Shouldn't it be the other way around? Reform is needed. Fewer crimes need to be jail/prison sentences, but they need to be the right ones, you know, such as killing his grandma and slashing someody's face. --- So post. Much gamefaqs.
