Though, some people only go through a single mania episode, but have the bipolar diagnosis for life.I'm not even open about being schizo on my dating profiles. I wouldn't hide it from someone but I wouldn't tell them right away. Also that makes sense because I am not really subject to the same level of psychosis as I was when it all started. That was like a year long ongoing odyssey of delusions and paranoia.
