Obviously the show is being review bombed by racist salt right freaks but I'm starting to get disappointed. The pacing is way too slow and with 3 episodes left I dont see how anything is going to resolve in a satisfying way. I understand it's supposed to be like 5 seasons but you have to give us something in season 1.

Almost nothing happened in episode 5. You could probably cut out 90% of that episode and glue the remaining 10% onto episode 4 and nobody would have noticed.

They should have gotten the rights for everything before making this and started with showing morgoth. The Balrog lore was a huge missed opportunity where we could have saw something like the Balrog from the trilogy but we got a 5 second still frame instead.

I would also cut out a lot of the cast and introduce them at a later time. Too many plots going on and everything is moving at a crawl.
