It sucks now, the corporation that owns Burger King bought it out in 2014, and the quality and service has gone down the toilet. If you're not going through drive-thru, you'll stand there for 5 minutes being ignored by the 4 people behind the counter waiting for the one person assigned to the till to take your order. The coffee tastes funny now, the food is an overpriced, slapped-together mess, and they ruin the icing on your doughnut putting it in the bag so it all sticks to the inside.
